fix: добавить доступ к ~/.cache для huggingface модели 

- Добавить %HOME%/.cache в ReadWritePaths
- Исправляет ошибку загрузки sentence-transformers модели
- Модель уже загружена в кэше, теперь сервис сможет её использовать
